In its monthly report, the council said Egypt's exports of ready-made clothes to Europe ratcheted up 16%, recording $219 million in the aforementioned period.
Egypt's ready-made clothes exports to African countries leapfrogged to $1.253 million in the first five months of 2018 against $ 855,000 in the corresponding period in 2017.
Egypt's ready-made clothes exports to Arab countries dropped 16% to register $ 30 million dollars in 2018, compared to $ 35 million in 2017.
