The Egyptian Ministry auctioned on Sunday 91- and 273-day treasury bills at LE 15.750 billion.
The 91-day T-bills stood at LE 7.750 billion with an average yield 18.599%.
The 273-day T-bills valued LE 8 billion with an average yield at 18.470%.
The ministry issues treasury bills and bonds to make up for the budget deficit which is expected to reach LE 370 billion.
Also, Arab grants and aids alongside international loans contribute to covering this deficit.
