Egyptian Exchange (EGX) indexes posted collective gains at the end of
Wednesday's trading backed by purchases by Arab and foreign funds and institutions.
The market capital gained LE 700 million to reach LE 949.1 billion. Transactions hit LE 746.8 million.
The EGX 30 benchmark index went up by 0.03% to 16,662.55 points.
The broader EGX 70 index of the leading smaller and mid cap enterprises (SMEs) inched up 0.34% registering 862.71 points.
The all-embracing EGX 100 index rose 0.01% to 2,189.18 points.
