The Joint Annual Meeting of Arab Financial Institutions will open in the Dead Sea, Jordan, on Tuesday under the aegis of Jordanian King Abdullah II.
The Jordanian ministers of finance and planning will attend the event alongside officials of several Arab central banks.
The meetings – organized by
the Arab Fund for
Economic and Social Development – will tackle annual plans of the Arab financial
institutions, their accomplished programs and their budgets.
The Arab financial authorities include
Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development, the Arab Monetary Fund, the Arab
Investment and Export Credit Guarantee Corporation, the Arab Bank for Economic
Development in Africa and the Arab Authority
for Agricultural Investment and Development.
Joint Annual Meeting of Arab Financial Institutions’ was held in Morocco on
meetings represent a leading Arab platform to discuss key topics which include
finance, economy, and create future strategies to support the sustainable
development for Arab countries.
