EgyptAir will launch two new flights between Kuwait
City and the Upper
Egypt governorate of Sohag under the summer schedule which starts in April and ends in October.
EgyptAir Airlines Company Board Chairman Sherif Ezzat said the company also decided to increase flights to Abu Dhabi to 19 per week during the summer.
The number of flights to Morocco also rose to 14 per week, he said, noting that flights to the Kenyan capital Nairobi upped to five per week.
The number of flights to Baghdad will reach five flights weekly, he said.
EgyptAir will resume flights to Iraq's Erbil city of the Kurdistan region as of April 13. It will operate four flights weekly, he said.
The company will also resume flights to Moscow on April 12 after more than two years and half suspension.
The company will operate three weekly flights to the Russian capital using its top notch Boeing aircraft B737/800NG.
