agreed to implement their first cruise tourism project to promote tourism in the
three states, the Egyptian Tourism Ministry said in a press release.
Egyptian Tourism Minister Rania El Mashat convened late Thursday with her Cypriote and Greek counterparts; Yiorgos Lakkotrypis and Elena Koundoura respectively, on the fringe of the world's largest tourism trade fair ITB in Berlin.
The three ministers agreed to line up an action group to prepare tourism programs among harbors of the three states.
The three states will offer a new kind of tourism with their unique cultures and civilizations.
The ministers also agreed to launch marketing campaigns for the project.
A trilateral ministerial meeting will be held in Cairo once a three-way technical committee finalize its work on the project in order to gear up for launching the project.
